London. St. Giles School in Brighton is located nearby the
town library, swimming pool and shopping centre. In the school
students may use language laboratory, multimedia studio and reading

COURSES - International Semester Courses (ISC)
Courses with discount for students who
stay at the course for 24 or more weeks and want maximal contact
with English language, life and culture. It may include preparation
for exams such as:
IELTS, TOEFL, FCE, CAE or CPE. There is possibility to take
afternoon Business English or tourism classes. Options mentioned
above are included in the payment for whole-day ISC courses, but
also are available for those taking part in morning courses for

COURSE FOR MANAGING
STAFF Business English and/or General English
Platinum Course
This course is for persons who would like to
learn as much as possible as soon as possible and have the best
results. This course combines 20, 25, 30, 35 hours of general course
in groups of max. 5 persons. Possible is also Platinum
Individual Course. Lessons are designed to fulfill the expectations
of the course participant. Every participant of the course before
its start fills in the form which is the basis for a methodic
specialist to create detailed programme of the course.
During the course, apart from learning English there are classes
dedicated to negotiations in English and professional communication
in business. Participants of the course are persons at the age of 21+.
The room and service at highest standard - including coffee etc.

GENERAL ENGLISH plus INDIVIDUAL CLASSES - Platinum Plus
This course is a combination of Platinum Course
and individual classes. Apart from classes in a group there are also
5 individual classes per week. This course is for people who want to
learn a lot in a short period of time.
Prices: to the prices of Platinum courses there
is additional payment added in the amount of 197 GBP per week for
individual classes. If the participant wishes to have more than 5
individual classes per week, he/she may order more. Every additional
lesson costs 39,25 GBP.
INDIVIDUAL CLASSES
English Plus
It is a combination of every English course with
individual classes every day (min. 5 classes per week) and is for
persons who want improve their learning results.
Additional payment (5 lessons) : 166 GBP/week, 33
GBP for every next lesson.
General English
Intensive General English Course for persons who want
improve their learning results. Convenient discounts, individual
classes perfect for beginners starting the course on days other than: 8

teaching techniques and nuances in methodics.

Persons who choose 4-week or longer course have

NOTES:
·Booking of accommodation by an English family between 21and
27.12.2008 r. (Christmas in England) requires additional payment in
the amount of 40 GBP. In this time the price includes full board.
- Accommodation available from Sunday before the course to Sunday
after the course. Double rooms are available for persons who are
going to the course together. If you do not have a partner and you
want to live in the shared room you pay as for a single room - if
the school finds a person to share the room with you, you will
receive the rest of your money back at the end of the course. If you
book the accommodation and you would like to keep your booking for
the time of break that you plan you have to make 50% of total
payment. Accommodation other than with a family available for
students above 18. Younger participants should have a written
agreement of parents to live in a residence, hotel etc.
· Accommodation
in the Phoenix Hall students' house. (single room with
bathroom) - 185 GBP /week; no meals, available only
from 5 July to 13 September.
· Accommodation in a hotel - price depends on the standard
of the hotel, type of the room and meals and usually is from 43
to 123 GBP for night. All hotels are located nearby the school.

Transfer from the airport
Price for transfer from the airport to the place
of accommodation:
- from London Heathrow - 89 GBP
- from London Gatwick - 43 GBP
- from Luton - 128 GBP

It is price for one-way transfer. For
waiting for the student (e.g. if the flight is delayed) you have to
pay additionally 17 GBP for every hour above 1 hour of delay.
Persons ordering trnasfer together pay additionally 6
GBP for picking up to every additional place of accommodation.
How to become the student at St. Giles
Colleges?
All
issues concerning the course, booking, arrival, journey etc. may be
settled in person or by mail at College of Foreign Languages "LEXIS"
or with our Representative. When you choose the course,
accommodation and other services you are asked to fill in the
application form, sign the contract and pay the agreed amount in PLN
on our bank account "LEXIS".
The application form, one copy of the contract and confirmation of
payment should be sent to us by mail or fax, so that we receive it 2
weeks before the course starts (persons from other towns contact our
Representative).
Before you leave you
will receive:
· confirmation of the admission to the
course together with a special letter for the border authorities in
Great Britain so that you do not have any problems entering Great
Britain,
· ticket for your journey - if you leave from Warsaw (persons
leaving from other cities in Poland contact our Representative),
· confirmation of the booking of your accommodation together with
the address, telephone and short characteristic of the host family,
· bill for all services you paid for.
